Delete your Tarang AI account

Tarang AI is operated by JLB Technologies. If you created a Tarang AI account through our mobile app or website and want that account and associated data deleted, use the request process below.

How to request deletion

Email prakash@tarangai.co with the subject line Account deletion request.
Send the request from the email address on your Tarang AI account when possible.
Include your account email, full name, and business or workspace name.
Tell us whether you want only your user account removed or, if you are the workspace owner, the full workspace and associated data removed.
We may ask for additional information to verify the request before deletion is completed.

Applies to Tarang AI mobile and web accounts created with our email and password sign-up flow.

What we delete

After we verify a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify data associated with the account to the extent applicable, including:

Account profile data such as your user ID, email address, and sign-in records.
Active sessions, refresh tokens, and mobile app authentication state under our control.
User-to-workspace membership records tied to the deleted account.
Mobile push notification tokens and related device-linked app session data.
If the requester is the workspace owner and asks for full deletion, workspace data associated with that account, such as channels, contacts, conversations, messages, campaigns, templates, knowledge documents, showroom kits, and related configuration records.

What we may keep

Some limited records may be retained after account deletion when necessary for legal, security, accounting, contractual, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Invoices, payment, tax, and similar records that must be retained to meet legal or accounting obligations.
Security, audit, and abuse-prevention logs needed to protect the service and investigate misuse.
Shared business records that cannot be removed without affecting another active workspace, tenant, or legal obligation.
Minimal correspondence and verification records related to the deletion request itself.

Retention after a deletion request

Data that is eligible for deletion is removed once the request is verified and processed. Records we must keep for legal, accounting, contractual, or security reasons are retained only for as long as those obligations require and are then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

If you only want to stop using Tarang AI, you may also ask us to remove your login account without requesting full workspace deletion.
